Fraud company in the name of reliance finance ltd (http://reliancefinances.com) they ask me to send pan card aadhar and bankstatement and ask for deposit of rs 5200 for processing fees which is refundable.
When i deposited the amount they send me below message
(Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxx604 is credited for rs. 417999.00 on[protected]:13 pm (Rtgs ref no[protected]. But due to rbi reason as per loan security your loan amount-400000/-be on hold so kindly pay loan security fee 17999/- today. Either wise transaction be failed
Kindly pay loan security fee 17999 rs then after within 2 or 3 min transaction be completed). After that they applied loan insurance charges 9000 rs.
While they didn't told me about any processing, security fee nor mentioned in there website such thing. Now they are not responding of my call or message there contact details are [protected]//[protected].
Request you to kindly support me in getting my amount back please.
I paid all process fees, security deposit, advance two months of emi and gst amount and also bank intercity charges.i almost paid 378000 for this after I said to cancel the loan and asked for refund of my money which I paid to them they said all are refundable back.
For refund they asked again for refund charges I paid and rbi grievance charge I paid and again asked for loan otp cancellation charges I did not pay .
Total I made 500000 Lakhs amount to them and refunding it back to me.
Almost two weeks over not came
My wife is 8 month's pregnant I said all my problems situation but also not sending me amount.
Please take quick action on them I have all proof chat record and call recording.
