Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, — 399 recharge voice calls stopped..because they said high uses...what is high uses

What is the criteria of Jio every user should know.. i[censored]nlimited has limit than what is the unlimited and what is limit every user should...high uses what is high uses...why you all are stopping and not starting again..like other telecom companies they stop and again they .all are not aware of this criteria of Jio..if all will come to know no one will bye.. I recharged on 16 may 2019 with 399...the recharge will be till 10th August 2019...but they send an SMS saying that high usage of outgoing call and they stopped..I talked with coustmer care I asked what is limit or what is high usage tell us so that we may reduce uses...but they said they don't have any information...
