1. That the complainant is owner of rana associate, 2"d floor dcu building opposite police ground dharamshala tehsil dharamshala, district kangra (Hp).
2. That complainant is using 34, postpaid number of the respondent vodafone idea limited h. P for his staff for suitable performance of business activities. (List of number attached.)
8. That the respondent reliance jio infocomm ltd h. P dharamshala tehsil, district kangra is giving its services last 8 months to complainant.
A. That a months tgo, seeing the some problem complainant port his 3a postpaid number from vodafone idea limited to 34 prepared number reliance jio infocomm ltd in febuary 22, 23 onward 2o2o.
5. That before port the services, complainant clear the all dues of the rs. 85oo (25o multiplied by 3a=85oo/) in the shape of advance online pa5rment reference id[protected] dated 22/02/2o2o of the vodafone idea limited and also sent the mail regarding the confirmation of dues payment on rc/os/zo2o (Copy attached)
6. After using 8 months services of reliance jio, on i /os/zo2, o they discontinued all our services such as outgoing, incoming, internet etc., as non-pajrment of vodafone idea limited dues.
7. That after confirmation of this matter from reliance jio, it was found that respondent vodafone idea limited gives very cheap excuses that is nonclearance ofdues,
8' as such how it possible to that number port done without clear the duesp how they stopped our telecom services wlthout complainant confirmation and without clear this matter on itself, i r1"ir.
