My Jio AirFiber has been completely down since yesterday.
Indoor router is powered ON.
Power adapter shows red + green lights.
Router keeps blinking red.
Outdoor unit on terrace shows NO Power / 5G LEDs.
Recharge already completed successfully.
Other Jio AirFiber users in my area are working fine.
Issue started after wall painting when the device was unplugged and reconnected.
MyJio app and customer care IVR are not connecting me to any human agent.
This appears to be an outdoor unit provisioning / hardware issue and requires urgent technician visit.
