My lyf wind 4s hand set is under 2 years warranty which was not working. I handed over the set to the service engineer by fill up a customer infomation slip on 29/8/2018 and they informed me that it will take 15-20 days. But after a lapse of two months the same has not been repaired. I visited the office 5-6 times and on enquiry, every time they simply told me that the mother board has to be change. Now i want to know, wheather they have the ability to repair the set or not. If yes then what is the minimum time required for this purpose. Pls help.
