Jio lyf mobile very low quality display gone with in 20 days
Dear sir,

I bought a jio mobile digital life (Lyf) with jio sim on 11 dec 2019 by paying rs. 775. From jio office at jigani bangalore.
Handset manufacturing date mentioned is dec 2018. I asked him give me recent hand set he told me dec 2018 manufactured is the latest.

My jio number is [protected]. Phone was working till 2nd jan 2020 on the date 02 jan 2020 evening i called some of my friends and mobile was working till evening on that date.

I got up on the morning 03 jan 2019 and see display of the phone is not working from then i am not able to make the calls.
If some body calls me phone ringing i can speak. But i cant make the calls because display is not working.

I have taken the mobile to jio shop at jigani bangalore from where i took the mobile.
A jio employ from jigani office told me mobile might have fall down. And telling me not to argue with him!!!
Is this the way to speak to customer? After giving me faulty hand set?
In reality the hand set was not fallen down even once. There is no singe scratch in the phone.
I am using one more mi hand set since 3 years without singe problem i told him.

He is not ready to replace the hand set with new one asked me to buy new one
I told him do you want me to fool again.

Kindly take this complaint to resolve this issue.

What i think is lyf mobiles are too much low quality you can not say when display will go away.
