Reliance Resq Resq Services Amc — Had ResQ AMC but I had to pay for service to LG service

I have taken a LG Washing Machine in Reliance on[protected] and along with that and extend AMC from[protected] to[protected] Serial no: 608215.

From[protected] to[protected] I have LG company AMC
From[protected] to[protected] I have RseQ AMC

In 2020 Oct I had issue and the technician from ResQ had come and checked and informed that a part has to be replaced and they will raise a request to LG and they will come and attend the request. I personally have to pay for the repair and parts and I need to submit the bills and the replaced parts to ResQ team and get it reimbursed. First if you cant do it why are you taking AMC on your name? If you have AMC you have to take care of this step. Its better we directly take LG AMC rather than ResQ AMC. RseQ is just trying to make money in fluke if there is no repairs in these AMC period.
I paid it and I didn't get the bill from LG team as it was Covid period and they mentioned I will get it online. Till date i didn't get it. Even after multiple follow ups i didn't get my invoice copy and RseQ didn't reimburse my money.

Similar issue happened in Dec 2021. This time i took the bill copy and raised a request to RseQ team with multiple follow ups for 4 months but till date i didn't get my money. Every time they themselves just escalate it to next level and burry the matter.

Please do not take AMC from RseQ. Please take it directly from the product company. Ashamed to take a product in Reliance and will never recommend or visit reliance Digital in future.
