Reliance Smsl Limited — Not received my leaving latter and salary slip of last month

Sir,
My name is prithom kanoo, previously I am employed in Reliance SMSL Limited. As a jio point assistant manager at ( IF61) borakhai JP in assam. My employment ID is A67577046. I serve my efforts (20- jan- 2020 to[protected] for this company. It's a amazing experience.
But due to my higher studies, I quit this job, after submission of my resignation i completed my 30 days time line of leaving procedure. I hand over my duties. But i can't eat received my experience certificate. Because o[censored]nauthorised user id showing on https://jconnect.ril.com/ . it alse unable me on taking forget password option. I alse consult with HR team but they can't able to find out any solution.
Presently i completed my higher studies and looking for a job, to find out a better job opportunities, i need my experience certificate and and last month salary slip.
So, please consider my request and help me to resolve this problem.
