Reliance Wi-pod Max — Very very low speed o.3kbps

Dear sir/mam,

I bought my reliance wi-pod max on feb 19 2016 and reliance sale people said the speed is 14.7mbps. But my reliance wi-pod max speed is 0.3kbps to 0.5 kbps. so am living in hot city in chennai( triplicane) itself 0.3kbps to 0.5kbps. so I complaints to customer care on 22 feb 16 and they said it will take to resolve 7 working days sevice no:[protected]. so i waited for a one week and i received msg from reliance after one week as your problem solved. But speed remain same after one week also as 0.3kbps to 0.5kbps. so i made once again complaint they gave service no:[protected] and they said it will be resolve within 3 working days.But speed same above after second complaint also. i think reliance giving false add speed 14.7mbps. real speed is 1 mbps. so v r educated why can v raise against this company by giving complaint to first TRAI(TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA) and we can ask for compensation from company by giving false promise to increase their sale and wealth. pls join against this company and to solve our problem.
