I had taken a demat account Racelite- N1167553 in 2008 and deposited Rs 20000 initially for trading.
But my account was not activated at my end after several reminders.
I told them to close my account and return my money back but instead they started trading themselves.When I complained they made my account doormat.
Now after such poor services and fraud they have again showing some debit in my account. I complained this matter to there customer service but to no avail.
How to take necessary action against these frauds.
