Mrs. Yashaswini Arvind Shukla- Booking ID id[protected] had taken the package from Religare One touch Solutions for Rs.7000/- in the month of April'2010 on the assurance that I can get booking at any point of time without any hassels . The excutive Mr. Vikas Jain was the person from whom I took the package and he gave me false assurances that I would be able to utilise my package anytime during the year.

I decided use my package for going to Shimla/Kulu-Manaili/Mount Abu. As per the Request form recieved from their end, I had given 2 different intervals with a gap of one week between two intervals and also 2 distinct date of intervals; i.e. on 12th Feb'10-18th Feb'10 and 3rd April'2011 -10th April'11 alongwith the Demand Draft of Rs.750/-. Thenafter, the first interval was rejected for the reason that atleast 1 month prior request to be given. However, the exceutive confirmed that I can easily get next interval slot i.e. between 3rd April'2011 -10th April'11 .

It is reallly shocking for me that I did not recieved any call from their end therafter and not any e-mail Communication. I tried to get in touch with these people by callling 100 times, but neither of their given nos. are woking and also coming busy most of the times. Even the latest chanaged no.[protected], 3397172 given by them is not working and despite writng them to get in touch, nobody called back instead sent mails by asking for the details which were already provided to them in request form, that too
after warning them that I will intiate action in consumer forum they started communication through e-mail.

5 days back they confrimed the place and resort which is available during the said interval, however again it seems that they are disappeared and not responding either on mail or not through telephone.

Now I am am literally fighting for my bookings, and not a single executive has reverted back to me or either mailed inpsite of our several mails due to which I am unable to book tickets of flights in advance and now the same would be expensive also.

Please do not take packages from these people as they are frauds. I would request Consumer grievences section to take strict action against this Religare one touch solutions, noida. strict action should be also taken on these execuitves who have duped us. I want my money back Rs.7000/-+Rs.750/-.

Your commitment stands more than money i.e. trust.Please punish these frauds

Despite making complaint 15 days back, still no revert has been recieved from their end. Validity of my package is April, 2011.

If no actions would be taken against these people they will continue to breach trust of people by cheating them. They should be tought lesson.

Please help me to get back my money or my holiday package to be confirmed.

      AFTER making numerous complaints to RELIGARE ONLINE over their inaction to confirm the package for which they have charged me Rs 7750, I am forced to lodge this complaint. The trail of mails back and forth is provided below.

      I am getting out of patience with your way of working. If despite providing all details to your institution, the arrangements are not getting done I suspect you are not willing to honor your commitments. If there was any problem with making arrangements, I should have been notified about it. I will be forced to take LEGAL action if this sort of inaction continues.

      religare online — non confirmation of booking – religare perfect getaways

      Dear sir,

      This is to inform you that I had booked a travel voucher from Religare on Aug 2010 by paying Rs.7000.00 and later taken DD for Rs.750.00 and couriered to One touch solutions, Noida. My booking ID is [protected]. Form No is 6622.

      As mentioned in the booking form, I expected a call back within 3 days from their customer care department but that never happened. My attempt to call Customer care number always used to end up hearing the message ALL CHANNELS ARE BUSY KINDLY CALL AFTER SOMETIME. Email enquiry gets only Auto Response reply. Before paying the booking amount I used to get min 3 calls a days just to check when I will transfer the money.

      When I google reg genuineness of this company I could find that Religare has betrayed may like me by giving false promise.

      If you can take up my voice to the concerned persons of religare travel booking team, please pass on my below message.

      Kindly get me a booking for 2 adults + 2 kids(below 5 years) during the month of May 2011 in Hyderabad or Goa or Jaipur as per my 3 options in booking form or any destination which is nearer to chennai which is available during the month of may 2011.(something is better than nothing)

      If not kindly arrange for the refund of Rs 7750/- at the earliest.

      I will become mad if I keep on calling one touch customer care. So please try to get me some positive answer from realigare.

        besides this there were many more mails which i kept on answering to get my booking but hten i landed nowhere,please help


        well sir i would like to let you know that i had earlier used a speed post which returned back to me saying there was no receipent and then i have used the normal post as desired by you.
        besides that if you check your old mails you would find that i have also sent a copy of the form through e-mail (as per your reqiurement).
        you may check your records and book the same coz we are running out of time.

          Hello,

          Boss, you had promised with 4 and 5 star Hotel but Prima Cottage at Sanur is purely 4 Star accommodation. The reviews at Trip advisor.com is terrible in terms of cleanliness, staff, locality of the hotel. They say it is a good option for budget hotel but boss we have been shown rosy pictures like hotel Nirwana Bali and then given option for these kinds of Hotels??? Pls check the review on:

          This is purely a trap for people like us. You promise with accommodation for 4 people and give for only 2. The list of Hotels sent by you in the first instance is really good and attractive and then while booking actually you give filthy and dirty hotels. I am really amused that a huge asset management group like Religare is involved in such a type of foul play.

          I am not at all going to except this hotel. I am in line with the date you want me to submit the forms (rather I am well before the time). I want only Nirwana Bali as an option.

          Pls act on this or refund my money to my card.

          Warning you to do as promised because this would land into a legal soup.

            I Krishna Prajapati have Demat account with Religare Securities Ltd. And my Client ID is N208164. I regret to inform you that i had give some of Rs. 4000/- by Cheque no. 088270 of AXIS Bank Ltd. To Religare Seq. Ltd. On Dated 12 th of Jan, 11. This amt is debited from my Bank account as well.

            So, i have complain that still today i don’t get credit in my demat account ( From Religare Seq. ) also i would like to notify you that i had complain to H.O of Religare Securities Ltd. – Delhi Branch as well. But nobody replied my appropriately.
            I’ll be thank full to you if you people suggest me what to do and how could i know for the delay.

            Here, with i am attaching my financial statement from Religare Securities Ltd. And also my BANK A/C statement as well for your consideration.

            I humbly request you to look in to the matter and reply me as soon as in early date.

              March 10 to March 11 validity:

              These people delayed more than a month to acknowledge receipt of booking form and DD of Rs. 750/-. From that time on, they have not been able to confirm for any of my requested holiday destinations.

              They keep saying they will call back, but dont call back.

              Finally, one customer service guy, ISHAN promised to give me package in April 2011, because of their delay. But next day someone else mails back saying package expiring in March 2011, so cannot do anything.

              I would like a refund of my Rs. 7750-.

Then on friday they callled up and said resort is full and cant give. So i told them my memebership will expire so they said no worries we will extend by 3 months but now no luck.. They are not replying to my emails and customer care number always comes busy.

                Dear Sir,
                I am a stock trader ,customer of Religare Securities Ltd..
                Sir , I have deposited rs.50000 for trading. After a loss of rs.20000 they sent me a message to clear the debit amount. Immediately I called my RM and Manager of the company to know about the money to be deposited to clear the debit and also done so many mails to Religare Relationship Team but no reply was given to me except this that they will contact me shortly. But they sold my stock in loss of rs.12000 (Total Loss =32000) with out giving me any information. I was very much shocked and called to them but they did not given me any reply for their fault .Before this so many times they misused my power of attorney and sold or purchased my stock ,now I am fed up of all these. What should I do now?

                    My account is in Religare securities, yeshwantpur branch.
                    I really don't know what religare people are upto, when i complaint last time, my complain was heard and solved, but now, again today the same thing happened.
                    Yesterday i got a Call from religare office and intimating me about the debit balance in my account, and when i told them that i will pay the cheque on saturday, they conformed and the call was ended.
                    Today they sold off my script without informing me nor letting me know, inspite of the fact that i told them to withheld as i will be paying off the amount, and as per the conversation, and instead of it, they sold the script off.
                    In short, i would like to glance the scene, that my script were sold off by religare without informing me, and this is the second time that this is happening.

                    1. We have been cheated by Religare securities limited accused company(s) in an organized, pre-planned and in a well conspired manner. The Managing Director, Directors, President, Regional Heads and the employees have been very actively engaged in connivance and collusion with the other staff members appointed by them through a net work of branches / offices established by them throughout the country in duping and defrauding as many people as they can, adopting the same modus operandi of carrying out illegal transactions without the instructions of its clients.

                    2. They get the customer’s blank signature on almost all the pages in Registration booklet containing 60-70 pages and by inserting certain addional pages viz- Authorisation for instructions by third person, Letter pursuant to Information technology act, 2000 etc. stating it to be mandatory requirements without stating the importance of that critical documents. Later, misuse the Authorization for instructions by third person by simply writing the third party name as per their wish. While opening the account they get the KYC filled and assign the F&O segment without ‘In person verification’ whereas failing in the responsibility to determine the customer's level o[censored]nderstanding of the securities markets and to disclose / assess the risk factors involved. It is the responsibility of Broker to Know your customer (KYC) before opening the account. Photo copy of KYC & agreements is never provided to clients so that they do not know what all they have signed.

                    After falling into the trap by providing the blank signatures on” Third party authorization” the client cannot get any relief from any court of law or arbiteration as the third party can do discretionary trading and can take any decision on clients behalf as per NSE (F&O) Regulation 4.5.3 Trading Principles, Clause (h) No Trading Member shall exercise any discretionary power in constituent’s account unless such constituent has given prior written authorization to a stated individual or individuals and the account has been accepted by the Trading Member, as evidenced in writing by the Trading Member. Now they are all set to do the trading in F&O as if they have discretionary authority. They take the blank sign on each and every page it can be seen by viewing original booklet where they get the sign on even page meant for NRI’s. Please note that sebi has already asked the brokers to stop providing e mail id’s and it is therefore illegal to ask to sign Letter pursuant to Information technology act, 2000 but Religare is continuously involved in this illegal activity.

                    3. They have also made certain clauses in additional Contracts / agreements (without SEBI’s approval) which in itself are violating SEBI rules and regulations eg- Contract between Religare and Client. Eg – Clause 7 Page 33. This clause is totally against and violates SEBI norms but they take the advantage of this clause at other judicial forums and influencing the Police department to curb the investors voice by stating the illegal agreement which is not in the knowledge of SEBI. Moreover, this is for your information that no other trading member has these kind of additional agreements. SEBI is either unaware about this or is silent and watching Lacks of innocent investors falling in the trap of Trading member.

                    4. SEBI should terminate all the previous agreements / Authorizations / Power of attorney / that have been done by the Religare Clients with immediate effect and fresh application form should be filled and provided to customer without violation of SEBI norms. Lacks of innocent investors have signed them and are waiting to become prey to the trap of Religare any day and they can not have any recourse also as Religare have taken blank signature on Authorization for instructions by third person for doing discretionary trading in the client’s account by hiding it on the backside of non relevant Customer profile sheet.

                    5. The accused company / Officials carried illegal transactions contrary to the instructions of the complainant thus, causing huge loss to the complainants. Act of trading member needs to be investigated for any/all of the activities of cheating, forgery, Client code modification, fraudulent activities, Criminal misappropriation, that is being carried out by providing false / fake / forged documents (Contract notes /Order file / Trade file, Margin statement, Statement of holding etc.) to the investors. The Accused violated NSE Bye Laws, Rules, Regulation, NSE F&O Trading Regulations-2005, SEBI (Stock Broker and Sub Broker ) Regulations, 1992 and SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair trade practice relating to Securities Markets) Regulations, 2003, Securities Contract (Regulation) Act 1956. Being a trading member of Exchange and Registered Intermediaries of SEBI he is duty bound to follow Rules, Regulation and Bye Laws, during normal course of his business. I request the SEBI to look into the violations of various regulations, rules, Bye-laws of SEBI/NSE/NSDL.

                    6. Unauthorized Trading is becoming a regular practice by the trading member because they know how to take the advantage of the loop holes that still remain loosened by SEBI because of lack of enforcement of SEBI Guidelines in the arbitration / Judicial process. One Basic Rule that will sort our 80% of the cases o[censored]nauthorized trading is already passed by SEBI 3.2 Trade operation 3.2.1 (Trading Members shall ensure that appropriate confirmed order instructions are obtained from the constitutes before placement of an order on the system and shall keep relevant records or documents of the same and of completion or otherwise of these orders thereof. ) This can serve as the basis to check all the illegal trades executed on the terminal. Merely by producing misleading summary in the form of evening confirmations, stating that order placement recordings is not retrievable, it can not be taken as a proof of order placement by investor, the Trading member has to keep the records of order placement for at least 5-6 years else they should be made liable for the loss to the investor. To avoid these violations / deficiencies SEBI has already issued the Master circular to the Executive Directors / Managing Directors / Chief Executive Officers All Stock Exchanges/Clearing Corporations on 17 dec 2010. The arbitrators / Judiciary should be explained specifically about this clause so that it is not abused by the arbitrators / judiciary by overseeing it in the process of law. Proper enforcement of this clause by the trading members / Exchange / arbitration will redress 80% of the complaints o[censored]nauthorized trading complaints and should be ensured that it is not overseen under any circumstances in the process of law. It is observed that in only a select number of awards arbitrators have exercised this clause and awarded in favor of investor rest others oversee it or remain ignorant or silent about this.

                    7. Stock Exchange completely fails in its role in redressing the investor grievances. Investor Services Cell shows a ray of light that they will play an important role in redressing the investor grievances but plays a vital role in adding to the grievances by killing the time in arranging the meeting with broker and trying to portray that they are arranging the required documents / Information for investor and in the end shows the way to arbitration after successfully making client wait for months of time and showing inability that rest of documents will be arranged by the arbitrator. They dare not to take any action against the Trading member and it is on the mercy of the Trading member that what all information it wants to provide or not. To add further NSE too had failed in its regulatory responsibility / discharge of various obligations towards clients, as they themselves do not provide the certain information and gave a deaf ear to repeated requests and keeps it pending for months and never respond or write and have a valid reason to not respond to RTI’s as well.
                    It may also be noted that Exchanges failed to inspect the trading members as per “Master Circular on Oversight of Members” and quite surprisingly it was also overseen by Stock Exchanges (for the reasons best known to them) and no remedial, penal and disciplinary action was taken by Exchange to avoid these common violations / deficiencies as mentioned in Annexure and hence is directly/indirectly responsible for Deficiency in service and the loss occurred to the investor.

                    8. At every place the investors get cornered because Judges/ Retd. Judges / Arbitrators / Police understands the language of law and IPC but fail completely to understand SEBI Guidelines and Regulations. That is why the decisions / Awards are usually are not in favor of Victims and Trading members are able to take the advantage of the loop holes of the system. It is strange that even the arbitration department (deemed to be specializing in SEBI Byelaws/ regulations) decides keeping aside the basic SEBI Guidelines and Regulations in the scarcity of Knowledge. Investors pay the Arbitration Fee to exchange in anticipation that exchange will appoint arbitrators who have the relevant knowledge and expertise to deal with SEBI regulations and they will get justice but they fail to appreciate the existing SEBI Framework and usually make the award on the basis of assumptions and benefit of doubts. They come with a firm belief / mindset that the Trading members have a fool proof mechanism and the client is not investor but like a better who came to play in the market and after loosing money starts to complain. While the fact is that most of the clients are only investors and have never done F&O Trading in past or are ignorant about F&O. But arbitrators fail to even try to understand that an Investor cannot do such heavy F&O trades overnight and these trades are done to earn brokerage (churning) which any person with exposure in the market can tell. If the arbitrators are also not able to smell the foul play then, what is the expertise they have on the subject? Effort are made to educate the investor but it is equally important to equip the judicial process to know and understand SEBI Regulations so that the innocent investors may be rescued from the trap of Trading member and justice is done.
                    White collar Organized crime (comprising of highly technical subject of Stock market – Cash, F&O, commodity and SEBI Regulations) is a new subject in India and can not be simply dealt without providing SEBI Training workshops and practical knowledge to the Arbitrators / Judiciary.

                    9. The Trading members do have a panel of advocates who have a rich experience of dealing with SEBI byelaws, Regulations but the investors are not even provided that support. Sebi website talks about investor agency but are helpless and it should also provide the advocates with fair knowledge on subject which a common investor can hire / refer for services if required.

                    10. The Trading member has carried out major violations of SEBI / NSE / NSDL / MCX Guidelines and Stock Exchange has also violated the norms by not carrying out Inspections and taking remedial / penal /disciplinary action required on inspection findings as per the Master Circular (SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/201 0, March 17, 2010 ). It is important to mention that The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the matter of SEBI Vs. Shri Ram Mutual Fund [2006] 68 SCL 216(SC) held that “once the violation of statutory regulations is established, imposition of penalty becomes sine qua non of violation and the intention of parties committing such violation becomes totally irrelevant. Once the contravention is established, then the penalty is to follow.”

                    11. Thus, It is clear that the Trading member is liable for monetary penalty under Section 15HA of the Act which states as under :-
                    Penalty for fraudulent and unfair trade practices. 15 HA. - “If any person indulges in fraudulent and unfair trade practices relating to securities, he shall be liable to a penalty of twenty-five crore rupees or three times the amount of profits made out of such practice, whichever is higher.

                    by Religare Securities Limited, is biggest cheat in the history of mankind. They have purchased Police, , EOW, NSE, Arbitration, SEBI also knows about it but every one is silent, even after producing evidences no-one is ready to take action against such big giant - white collar corporate criminal.

                      I have till date not received any satisfactory reply from them, even after proving that it was the fraud by their employee Asif Nazir Tinda they are not taking any action

                      They generated a brokerage of more than rs.70000/- in less than a month of trading

                      Exactly what I thought has happened, Rajeev from your escalation desk committed on Tuesday Dated 11/01/2011 that he would get back to me with the resolution with in two to three days and here I am waiting for his call and Friday is gone, Saturday and Sunday will be gone too, and you would say we don't work on Sundays, BLOODY HELL, I DON'T THINK YOU WORK ON WEEKDAYS AS WELL, that's the level of your commitment that shows how professional the escalation team AND THE WHOLE RELIGARE IS, I even called the number he called me from and said that this is his direct number and Payal picked it up and said that he is not available as of now and She will convey my message, AND i HAVE TILL DATE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL, this shows the level of customer service and this is again the testimony of how careless/Negligent you all are in
                      terms of providing customer service.

                      I spoke to Neeraj Dated 14/11/2011 and he said that my matter is being handled by the

                      told him and telling you all again that there were times when I used to ask the lady who

                      And this is what happens at GREEN PARK BRANCH or I guess at all the branches of Religare Securities, you do trading on client's behalf, give calls from your personal mobile number and than at the end of the day client receives confirmation call, SO MY QUESTION IS IF THE PERSON WHO IS CALLING ME DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST, WHO THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO SPEAK TO OTHER THAN THE REPRSENTATIVE WHO OPENED MY ACCOUNT, THE REPRSENTATIVE

                      Let me tell you whatever happened in that room it happened in the presence of Neeraj and he agreed considering the points I made and the recording I played that it was purely Asif's fault and Asif committed mistakes.
                      Please let me know of the proceedings because I am not going to let my hard earned money go in vain.
                      Another point that I would like to make here is that when I reached your office at Greater Kailash on Tuesday dated 04/01/2011 he showed me the rates of those puts on his Terminal, if you have a CCTV camera installed, get that recording and hear it out and see what he showed me, I even asked him how I would be able to check the rates for those puts going forward, he told me to go CNBC TV 18 website and go to F&O section and there I can check it out, it's obvious that a new investor would not know all that, and had he told me that he has incurred a loss in my account I would not have spared him that day but since he told me all those lies I went back without saying any thing but still shocked and in pain and started tracking the rates of those puts, had he told me about the loss that incurred due to his negligence and lies, due to human tendenacy I would have shouted, screamed and even abused, I would have asked numerous questions and most certainly would never have agreed to accept it and he also would not have had any answer to my steamy questions.

                      LET ME TELL YOU THE BACKGROUND OF WHAT HAPPENED EARLIER BEFORE I CAME TO YOUR OFFICE TODAY DATED 10/01/2011.

                      Asif Nazir Tinda came to my place to open the trading account and told me that he does trading in shares and currency and always put a stop loss and from the first day onwards he started trading in Derivatives without my knowledge and he mostly used to call me from his personal mobile and I used to get confirmation at the end of the day, I told him several times to be on a safer side and told him to trade in shares but he kept on trading in Derivatives, so I told him to not buy more than 10 lots in a day but he kept on doing what he wanted and in the middle of the month somewhere he bought 1000 put options and said he would keep it on hold since it's rs 8 to rs 10 down than I asked him on daily basis about the rate of that put and if this is the only option I had and he agreed to it, about 2 days back before the expiry he said it's rs 20 down and on the last day I sent him an sms on his mobile number #[protected] asking him to sell those puts he did not respond and when I called him he said there was no point selling those puts because those were rs 40 down and he rolled over those puts, I was shocked to hear that, another thing is that I deposited rs 100,000 and were credited on 13/12/2010 and he said he would get the brokerage reduced to rs 30 and said on the first business day of the month he would get the adjusted ledger moreover he also said that there will be no account opening fee and the brokerage of rs 75 that is chanrged on my account will be adjusted to rs 50 once I get the adjusted ledger, I called him for the confirmation and he asked me to come to his office at Green park when I went there on Tuesday dated 04/01/2011 he said he had rolledover Nifty 5700 put option 1000 quantity currently trading at rs 7, Nifty 5900 put option 500 quantity currently trading at rs 23 and and Nifty 6000 put option 500 quantity currently trading at rs 44 and he bought them at rs 57,60 and 62 respectively, I was more shocked and in pain at this time because I did know any thing about those puts because when I used to ask him about my current position he would tell me you only have 1000 puts in your trading account and I asked him that why did he not tell me about those puts he said you would have got the confirmation in the evening that those puts expired (and I remember when I got the confirmation I did not know what is happening I even asked at what rate those were expired and the lady who called me said sir EXPIRY TO ZERO PAR HI HOTI HE NA, I did not have a CLUE about what she was saying so I thought Asif did some trading in the day and said that he rolled over those puts so she must telling me about those so I did not ask any more question. Moreover when I used to get a confirmation call I used to be informed that this is what you have done in the day and I was never informed that this is my current holding and even if I ask that if you have sold this at this particular rate at rate it was bought she would not have that information) He at his office than showed me that I had around rs 20,000 balance in my account and said when rollover happens exchange blocks some margin of the rollover so he said around rs 30,000 is blocked there and when those puts are sold the block money rs 30,000 will be credited to my account.

                      In the consequent days Market was down and I was constantly in touch with Asif and he said we need to hold those puts for a little longer period of time becaue 5700 put option is stil trading at a very low price, on Friday dated 07/01/2011 Nifty was 67 points down so I called him and asked him if he sold those puts he said he is not at office and we should hold a little longer because market would go further down when Nifty was150 ponts down I called him up on his mobile and asked him to sell those puts he said he has already instrcuted some body at his branh and they are modifying the bidding orders so I asked him that I need to sell those right now he said ME BAT KARTA HU and after few minutes when I tried to call him his mobile was not reachable so since there were only less than 30 minutes left for the market to close I called the branch number to sell those puts and I was told that the order is getting rejected I ws furious and asked them why they are not able to execute it, they said you need to contact Asif and his number was not reachable I called the brach several times and than I was made to speak with the Associate Branch Manager - Neeraj Krishan Rajput, I told him the whole story and he said you can come to office and we will talk about it in Asif's presence and he will get a call back done from Asif, in the evening Asif called me and said TUM NE MERE LIYE BHASOODI CREATE KAR DI, TUM NE MRE OFFICE ME CALL KAR KE MERE BOSSES SE COMPLAINT KAR DI, I THAN ASKED HIM WHAT HAPPENED WITH THOSE PUTS WHO MERE PAS SHOW KYO NAHI KAR RAHI SO HE SAID AAP OFFICE AIYE ME AAP KO PURI STATEMENT DETA HU I AGAIN INSISTED HIM TO TELL ME WHY THOSE ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT HE SAID AAP OFFICE AIYE NA ME SAB DIKHATA HU AND DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER.

                      IF I GO BY WHAT ASIF SAID
                      I HAD 5700 PUT OPTION 1000 QUANTITY IT WAS AT AROUND RS 30 ON FRIDAY
                      I HAD 6000 PUT OPTION 500 QUANTITY IT WAS AT AROUND RS 150 ON FRIDAY
                      I HAD 5900 PUT OPTION 500 QUANTITY IT WAS AT AROUND RS 90 ON FRIDAY

                      TOTAL VALUE 160000 RS(APPROX) THE DAY I INSTRUCTED ASIF TO SELL THOSE PUTS DATED 7TH JAN 2011 HAD THEY BEEN AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNT AS WAS TOLD TO ME BY ASIF OVER THE PHONE AND IT WAS HIS OWN MOBILE NUMBER AND IT’S UPTO YOU TO FIND OUT THE RECORDS OF HIS CALLS MADE BY HIM TO ME.

                      SO I WAS CLEARLY MISGUIDED AND MISCOMMUNICATED BY ASIF THROUGH OUT SINCE BEGINNING


                      NOW LET ME TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED AT YOUR OFFICE TODAY DATED 10/01/2011.

                      I reached your office at Green Park in the morning at around 11 AM and I spoke to you - Neeraj Krishan Rajput in the presence of Asif Nazir Tinda and my father Mr. Mohd Ahmed.

                      You told me that I have incurred a loss of around rs 1,37,000.00 and explained what happens in puts and calls that I already knew after I realised that because of the CHEATING/FRAUD committed by Asif

                      Asif than said that he was ill and he did not know that my positions were reduced to ZERO
                      I am NOT responsible if he was negligent in tracking my account because he was the one who was tracking it from the firsdat day and did not even tell when I asked if I have any thing apart from 5700 puts.

                      I asked him why did he tell me on Thursday dated 30/12/2010 that he rolled over my put option he than started uttering lies that he did not tell me he rolled over those puts and said that he told me that he will roll over those puts than you (Neeraj) ASKED HIM DID YOU GET A CALL FOR ROLLOVER AND HE SAID NO AND THAN YOU SAID THAT IF YOU DID NOT GET A CALL YOU WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ROLL OVER ANY POSITION.
                      (This again shows that he kept me in dark and kept on giving me false information)

                      THE BIGGEST POINT IS THAT WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CONFIRM THAT HE CALLED ME LAST FRIDAY DATED 07/01/2011 AND SAID - AAP NE MERE LIYE BHASOODI CREATE KAR DI, TUM NE MRE OFFICE ME CALL KAR KE MERE BOSSES SE COMPLAINT KAR DI, I THAN ASKED HIM WHAT HAPPENED WITH THOSE PUTS WHO MERE PAS SHOW KYO NAHI KAR RAHI SO HE SAID AAP OFFICE AIYE ME AAP KO PURI STATEMENT DETA HU I AGAIN INSISTED HIM TO TELL ME WHY THOSE ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT HE SAID AAP OFFICE AIYE NA ME SAB DIKHATA HU AND DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER.

                      HE AGAIN LIED THAT HE DID NOT TELL ME THE ABOVE MENTIONED STATEMENT, I THAN STOPPED HIM AND PLAYED THE RECORDING WHERE HE SAID THE EXACT SAME THING WHICH SHOWS THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THIS LOSS.

                      I asked Asif that when I came to your office on Tuesday 04/01/2011 you told me that he rolledover Nifty 5700 put option 1000 quantity currently trading at rs 7, Nifty 5900 put option 500 quantity currently trading at rs 23 and and Nifty 6000 put option 500 quantity currently trading at rs 44 and he bought them at rs 57,60 and 62 respectively.

                      Now Asif again started uttering lies and said I did not tell you that I rolled over those positions I said I will roll over those positions.

                      NOW THE FIRST POINT IS THAT HE TOLD ME THAT HE ROLLED OVER THOSE POSITIONS AND SECONDALY YOU CAN NOT ROLL OVER POSITIONS AFTER THE EXPIRY HAS ALREADY HAPPENED, HE SAID THAT IN YOUR – NEERAJ, PRESENCE AND I CAUGHT HIM THERE AND POINTED OUT THAT HOW COULD HE TELL ME THAT HE WOULD ROLL OVER MY PUTS AFTER THE EXPIRY HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.

                      YOU THAN WENT OUT OF THAT ROOM TO SPEAK TO THE ZONAL MANAGER AND TO SPEAK TO ASIF’S SENIOR AND ASKED OFFICE TO STAY OUT OF THE ROOM.

                      NOW MY MOTIVE OF WRITING THIS EMAIL IS THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS THAT HAPPENED DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE/CHEATING/FRAUD COMMITTED NY ASIF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

                      OTHERWISE I WILL FLOAT THIS EMAIL AND THE RECORDING THAT I HAVE IN WHOLE HEWITT, I HAVE CONTACTS IN CONVEGRYS, BANK OF AMERICA, IBM/DAKSH, BHARTI AIRTEL AND MANY MORE ORGANIZATIONS AND MOREOVER I WILL HAVE THIS PUBLISHED IN TIMES OF INDIA AND HINDUSTAN TIMES AND WILL GIVE THEM THE URL WHERE EVERY BODY CAN LISTEN TO THE RECORDING AND I AM SURE IT WILL CAUSE A LOT OF BAD NAME AND IT WILL CAUSE A LOT OF ACCOUNT TERMINATION, NOT ONLY THIS I AM READY TO GO TO SEBI AND COMPLAIN AGAINST ASIF AND THE RELIGARE’S GREEN PARK BRANCH.

                      ON INSISTANCE OF NEERAJ I AM NOT GOING TO SEBI AND NOT DOING ANY THING THAT I SAID ABOVE FOR THE TIME BEING HOWEVER IF I DON’T GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL DO WHAT I SAID ABOVE AND MUCH MORE.

                      NEERAJ TOLD ME THAT HE WILL TRY TO GET THE BROKRAGE ADJUSTED THAT IS ALREADY CHARGED IN MY ACCONT, WILL HAVE SOME BODY SENIOR TRADE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AND WILL GET THE FUTURE BROKERAGE ADJUSTED AND WILL TRY TO RECOVER MY MONEY, NOW I WANT IT ADJUSTED AND IF THE WHOLE BROKERAGE ADJUSTED WHICH WOULD BE MORE THAN RS 60,000 MY ACCOUNT BALANCE WOULD BE SOME WHERE AROUND RS 80,000 TO RS 85,000 AND CHANCES WOULD BE HIGH THAT MY MONEY IS RECOVERED, AND PLEASE BLOCK ASIF’S SALARY AND HIS FULL AND FINAL AND HAVE IT DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH WILL CATER IN COVERING SOME OF MY LOSSES.

                      I have purchased Jamna Auto Industries, Newdelhi equiy debentures in the year 1992. I have paid an amount of 4000 on that date. Within a month the 20 debentures are convert into 100 shares in a month. The Ledger Folio No.jm[protected] allotment letter certificate no 36445 debenture nos 715861 to715880 and the share distinctive nos 4986626 to 4986723 send to the registrars of Jamna Auto industries through my Karvey Demat Account registrars. The sky line financial services refused my certificate the reason is code 25 allotment/callpayment receipt not attached. The allotment letter received nearly 20 years. How is it possible to send.                         I jayaram Soni, client code js5299, having account in both equity and commodities, want to inform you that illegal trading done by your part in my account without my knowledge, for your fault my account is showing loss, Today i.e,[protected] morning a short margin call was received by me, i informed by your department that there is only 19000/= short fall in my equity account, I gave/send scan copy/cheque deposit slip of ICICI BANK cheque number 682954 of rs 30000/=, i send 11000/= more than my shortfall , in afternoon i informed by mr bhibhu that i should issue a new cheque because market is going low very fast, again i issued a new cheque of rs 65000/= of dated[protected], and send scan copy to your dealer/manager/all related persons in bhubaneswar branch, at the time of market closing mr bhibhu informed me that my one of position is cut of by religare without informing me, its illegal work done by your department, because you can search my history, i am not a defaulter, i am a genuine customer from beginning , again at 4.45pm they informed me that my 3 positions were squared off and 2 new again position made by your department, it all was without my knowledge, they told me that reliance infra future-250pes(1lot) [protected]@510.35 and [protected]@546.99 + brokage, reliance capital 550pes future(1lot) [protected]@404.80 again [protected]@419 and educomp future 500pes(1lot)[protected]@399.60+brokage, for this illegal act by you, my accont is showing huge loss i.e, in reliance infra self trading done by you, loss showing rs 250 into 510.35-546.99= rs 9160+ brokage, in reliance capital its 404.80-419 into 500pes= 7100=brokage, plus Educomp future loss+13925+ brokerage in educomp, total 30185+ brokerage which was also squared off by your department. when i asked all about you from your belonging person, they cannot repied correctly and cut off my phone calls three times when ever i want to inquired what the hell going on, they gave answer at 4.45 pm.I have never told any one of religare staff to buy/sell any thing in my account today.You can cheque out my history. I have never been a defaulter in any case since more than last 5years.

                        How can your department can trade in my account without my permission, 1st off all why you square off my position, my account was not in zero balance that time, and i want to inform you that my shares , worth rs more than 1 lacks amount share were also in dp account in your house.

                          I had purchased three holiday vouchers bearing nos.[protected],[protected] and[protected] from religare one touch solutions in the month of march 2010.when I spoke to the executive mr. ashish he had told me that the voucher is valid for a period of one year and insisted me to purchase two more vouchers as i can send my family and friends, so I told him I will book in the month of april so that I can use it in april 2011 when the kid had summer holiday, he told me clearly (aap abi book karlijiye me voucher ko delay karke bejdunga, koi dikath nahi he) he will delay me sending the vouchers so as to cover the april month (you can check the recorded message) he gave me his no.[protected] saying if there is any problem you call me.
                          now when i send the vouchers in the month of dec 2010 for redemption of the holidays for the month of april with all the necessary docs and DD for Rs.750/-, I did not recieve any call which they had promised to get back to me in 4 to 5 working days, I called myself to hear from them the voucher is expiring on 29th of march and voucher cannot be processed this early they can do in only 45 days before the redemption date. I wrote a mail requesting to extend as i was promised, they did not reply for a almost a month, then again i have sent a mail they told me there was no such conversation recorded. and they asked me send a fresh form in the month of feb 2011 with 30 days interval ie., to start from 5th of march, though i had sent the voucher in the month of dec 2010 i had to maintain 30days gap for them to process, knowing all these they had encash the DD , OK even after doing that for just once i could get them on the phone to hear that they can give me crystal court in coorg, which is not there the list that the religare ots has provided.I have sent a mail after that atleast accomodate me for 3N/4D if not for 7N/8D which the voucher is valid for, in the resort that was there in the list of OTS, there is no response from them, they never pick up the phone. inspite of this since the other two vouchers where getting expired. I have sent them for redemption in my father and sister name with necessary docs and DD's. they have not even acknowledged the courier that they have recieved. they have encashed the DD's and not responded.
                          I am scared how a company like religare can do this.
                          please help me solve my problem.
                          looking forward for a solution as my Rs.21000+2250/- is at stake

                            Scheme: 7 nights 8 Days holidays in India and Abroad (INR 7000 + INR 750 Processing fee)
                            My Validity: May 2010 to May 2011

                            I had paid INR 7000 in May 2010 through my credit card.
                            I have courired my booking form to their address in Noida twice and they received it. but still they say that the courier is not recievd ... i have the confirmation from DTDC couriers that the courier has been delivered
                            After this recievance they have not bothered to call back and let me know the status of the booking. I had to initiate the call but have never got through anyone... who can give me a status of my application...and then I got only excuses like:

                            1. We have not recieved the courier...
                            2. send the courier again.....
                            3. send me the scanned copy of the application form and the draft...
                            4.We shall get back in 72 hours/ 3 days/ 2 days/ next week. They never get back. I had to email every time and remind them and all I got was another excuse... as i have never ever got through the IVR unless once...

                            I am still fighting for my booking..

                            Please return my money. I can book the holiday myself with much less effort....

                              I am a victim o[censored]nauthorised trading in my demat account which i have with religare securities ltd in its jaipur,Luhadiya Tower,C-scheme Branch. I never put an order on call or by mail.I have never been informed about the losses incurring to me and never informed about that they are crossing the limit of money i set for trading towards .They were managing my portfolio and never informed me about the losses.Its a big cheating scam Religare did for many clients.I lost a huge amount of money in 15 days.

                                My membership ID is [protected]. I have paid Rs.7000 by credit card + Rs.750 by Demand draft to this company based on the brand of Religare. The company promised to provide 7 days vacation throughout the world in 3-5 star hotels, but now the company is not providing accomodations in any of the hotels mentioned in their list of hotels and that too in off season of March. They said they have vacancy in 1 star hotel in coorg and when i asked them to confirm it so that I can atleast utilize the money I have paid, they are not replying or issuing me a confirmation letter. No one is picking up the phone nor are they replying to my emails now. Please take action against them and get my money refunded or ask them to book my vacation. Please let me know the procedure to file a criminal complaint against the promoters in Police, if required, or whether a consumer complaint will do. This is a fraud company and their activities should be stopped immediately so that no more consumers are cheated. Please file a class action suit in the benefit and on behalf of all cheated consumers. Please do the needful.

                                I have submitted the form in November. But we havent received any updates from these people. Once they mailed us and then when we asked for a query, we havent got any reply. I have called these guys almost 100 times but still no response.

                                Can someone let me know the formalities to cancel this package and get my 7000 + 750 for DD back?

                                The same thing happened to me..they offered me cheap hotels in Coorg...and I had to follow-up continuously for 2 months to get the final booking done...they are cheaters...finally I was also in the same situation...I wanted to utilize the money somehow...please do not accept the cheap hotels...ask for a better resort or homestay...I stayed in Silver Brook Estate last week...they are cheating people by providing cheaper resorts and promising good ones during booking...

                                I took this hotel only because I was tired of follow-ups with these shamelss, un-professional frauds...
                                Ask for an immediate refund of money if they are unable to provide resorts in the list...

                                but I dont know how much effort you will have to spend in getting the refund...I am sure they will not give it easily

                                This is to inform that i was finally provided vacation at Silver Brook Estate @ Coorg but for 3 nights/4 days instead of 7 days as promised. Relieved that at least some of money paid has been utilised. Will never have any dealings with brand religare.

                                  I am also suffering from the same problem as many other persons who have posted complaints abut Religare One Touch Solutions. Instead of Solutions I will say Many Problems Company. I was definitely not expecting this from company like Religare.

                                  I had booked this package in the month of August 2010 after brief given by Mr.Vishal
                                  (Reilgare Staff) about the package after paying 7000 INR by Credit card. I easily got convinced as the offer came from reputed company like Religare. I kept all the forms and kit as it is thinking that I will avail this offer in the month of Feb 2011 as I can get holidays for 7 days & everything can be planed.
                                  As mentioned in the booklet I have sent a required document set (which includes complete filled Booking voucher code request form, resort locations, Personal Identification proofs, DD of 750 INR) to OTS, Noida on 30 /12/2010 by courier.
                                  and confirmation is also given by OTS team about receipt of the same.

                                  Now I am facing following problems

                                  1) I am not able to talk with customer service team as no one is picking up the phone or the call goes in voice mail… Busy lines all the times…I try calling on number mentioned on the booking form i.e.[protected], one other number is [protected] & [protected].

                                  2) The preferred locations given by me are not available as per OTS team all though I am asking them for Feb end / March booking.

                                  3) The alternative locations which OTS is providing are not very good quality hotels & these are not mentioned in their list which was provided to me at the time of booking.

                                  I feel very bad about overall experience given by OTS team. Because I have booked my flight tickets & planned everything as per my busy work schedule.

                                  Kindly ask Religare OTS to give me my desired resorts locations as mentioned.

                                  yes this the same that is happening to everyone...these frauds are showing a list of resorts that are alluring and then during booking...they make excuses and give cheaper resorts...they are cheating people

                                  I received a phone call on my mobile No.[protected] from the Executive of Religare offering a 8days/7nights holiday package for Rs.7, 000/- stating that it is a limited period promotional offer. Believing his words, paid Rs.7000/- through credit card. I received the holiday voucher and my ID is[protected]. I sent the filled in voucher along with DD for Rs.750/-. According to the letter I received from One touch solutions, they contact me regarding confirmation of the accommodation, but nobody has contacted me so far. Moreover, there is no response to the phone calls made to the phone No. mentioned in the voucher. Unless I get the confirmation, I can not make travel arrangements. OTS ask the customers to submit the voucher at least 30 to 45 days in advance. In the sameway even the customers need time to make travel arrangements. It is strange that the company people are not responding to the phone calls. My worry is increased after going through bitter experience of other customers

                                  I paid the amount believing that Religare is a reputed company but never though that they are running a fraudulent business like this. Not responding to phone calls of the customers is the least thing expected from a reputed company. I hope Religare/OTS people will sortout the issue immediately without further delay.
                                  even we faced the similar problems... i think every1 should go to consumer court n launch complain against these frauds...
                                  The Religare = Third Class Company, they are making people "CHUTIYA" as they don't have any ways for earnings, so they are doing like this, the management and directors of the company are bloody "MADAR CHOD". My opinion to all the directors of Religare is to put their Mothers, Daughers and Sisters in the Business of Prostitution, they will defiantly ear more other than giving Holiday Package of Just Rs. 7000/-.

                                    Haven't Received My Vacation Trip/Resort Booking refund Till Today.
                                    It's too late 2 Month.

                                    I have been offered for a vacation trip to any where in this world in there resorts in just Rs 7000/- only. I paid through credit card & got a form. My Booking ID:[protected]
                                    I Sent this Form With Bank Draft Rs.750/-, ICICI Bank,mentioning the resort details to one touch solution on 28 Oct 2010 & they got the form on 01st Nov 2010. it was written in the form that they will provide the confirmation letter within 10 days but untill now i haven't received any details regarding this & the call center people are not responding to this. they are neither confirming nor denying for this. i have forwarded many mail about the same but i ahve not received any solution for this as ibooked this vaction for my brother Honymoon but to say very badley the cheated with me finally i ask for my refund but still they are not giving the same ,I am in big trouble that how & from where i can get my money . Kindly help

                                      Scheme: 7 nights 8 Days holidays in India and Abroad (INR 7000 + INR 750 Processing fee)
                                      My Validity: May 2010 to May 2011

                                      I had paid INR 7000 in May 2010 through my credit card.
                                      I had submitted my booking form to their address in Noida and they received it one month ago.
                                      They just acknowledged the receipt of the booking form and DD of INR 750.
                                      After this acknowledgement they have not bothered to call back and let me know the status of the booking. I had to initiate the call and then I got only excuses like:

                                      1. We have issues with the resorts in Coorg...
                                      2. There is not availability in resorts...
                                      3. Then they offered cheap (not even 3-star resorts) resorts for which the rates are much less than INR 1000 per night.
                                      4. Surprisingly, they never offered any resort that is mentioned in the list on the website...(I believe that list is only to lure customers to book this scheme and while booking they give issues with accommodation and book cheaper resorts. In this case why should anybody pay them so much money. We can book the resorts on our own)
                                      5.We shall get back in 72 hours/ 3 days/ 2 days/ next week. They never get back. I had to call every time and remind them and all I got was another excuse...

                                      I am still fighting for my booking..

                                      Please return my money. I can book the holiday myself with much less effort....

                                      I have had the same issues with the company. They never call nor acknowledge the receipt of the application.
                                      I have applied alongwith the requisite fee of Rs 750.00 on 04.08.2010 . After which I have called them atleast on 30 - 40 occassions but everytime some excuse or other was being offered.                                       Very true.. We are also facing the same issue. WORST customer care. I think they have got only one person as customer care and the line is always busy.

                                      As a part of the referral scheme 1touch solutions Religare had declared gifts like Home theater and lap tops on referring 15 people for the scheme offer of 'a vacation trip to any where in this world in there resorts in just Rs 7000/- only.'

For this I repeatedly tried to contact the call center but the number is busy most of the time.                                       Could anyone advise as to how to get the money back as I too have booked for the travel and paid 7000+ 750 for the same and Iam yet to get any confirmation or call from their end.Why are they keeping the phone busy all the time.

                                      I had to spend INR 500 on phone calls to these unprofessional guys...to get my voucher
                                      I just returned from a holiday to Goa. It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Religare for the wonderful experience.
