Remax — Taking money by deception

I received a call from Mr. Naveen from Remax regarding becoming an agent of Remax. I said that the condition is that i will get 80% commission on every transaction. He said that he has to send email of 50% commission at that moment and after a few days, he will send email of 80% commission. I enquired from him again and again and each time, he confirmed that he will surely send me email o[censored]nconditional 80% after a few days. On 28/09/2022, when i asked him again, he sent me number of franchise head, Mr. Anshu and told me to speak to him. When I spoke to him, he refused to meet the commitment. I spoke to Miss Shivani also many times, she also refused to help me. Then i asked for refund of Rs 35, 000+GST which i had paid to become an agent. Mr. Anshu refused to give me refund. Remax is such a big company, I never expected this from you. You just want to siphon my money by making false commitments and refusing to meet them.
