[Resolved]  Renault Kwid — Plastic oil chamber replace

I bought this car because the looks was good. But now I am not happy with this car because of plastic chamber. I have faced a horrible problem during my journey from Nagaland to Manipur that also at night. Due to bad road condition my car oil chamber had broken very badly and all the engine oil fell off within few seconds so called the Ranault service centre and they told me not to start the engine so I kept my car middle of road where there village or town near by. I called up my friend to pick me it was far away from my home town around 80km. I waited from the spot where my car was damaged for three hours that late night. I manage to reached home leaving my car at jungle. Next morning I went to Imphal to get the plastic chamber. I ask them to give two plastic chamber because it can break any where any place. If it break again I don't want to faced the same problem again. Ranault Imphal didn't give me saying that they don't have extra. I was very much disappointed with the materials which the company put and their service. They recommended 15w-40 engine oil where as it is written diesel engine oil. When I look in internet it is written 5w-30. I'm confused. If the company continue saling their car without doing anything regarding oil chamber I m sure no one would like to buy the car that's I can guarantee
