I ordered a bed, a mattress, a table and a chair on 28 Dec 2021 for renting. I contacted the customer care team as I needed a early pickup, no-one picks up the call. Then, I dropped few mails, it was of no use. Finally I cancelled it and till today they haven't refunded my money. I have paid them the refundable money plus one month rent, which they just take even before your verification is done. Totally, a trash company I would say
