We have ordered home appliances from Rentmojo website on rental basis. When we contacted them they asked us to pay the payment, then they will do verification and schedule our appointment for order delivery. So we paid the amount (Rs. 3649) and waited for verification. They completed verification on the same dayi.e., 31 may 2021 and emailed us products will be scheduled in 24-48 hrs. But still after 4 days the products are not delivered and when contacted on 03.06.2021 they are telling due to lockdown restrictions they cannot deliver products. We are not able to directly contact them. We are given this information through either mail or customer care number.
