I order mi note 4 my invoice number. Faba6p[protected]. My mobile sim tray is damage same day i mail for replaced. But ur given mail for 100 penalty charge. I'll pay also but ur boy call me 2 day. I m in busy on that time 2 minute difference only when i call him back he say me mam me aap ke ghar me aya tha but home lock ka reason de ke nikal gaya that time m in home. And he say aap ke ghar me koi nahi tha main point is he say abhi apka order cancel hua you pay penalty once again uske bad hi replacement hoga other vise not. I' ll so many time request him he disconnected call. What is this is disappointing aisa services hoga to next time kuch order hi nahi karna padega. Pls rply me how can i replace my mobile.
