Subject: Formal Complaint Against Reseapro Scientific (Manuscriptedit) for Non-Delivery of Promised Academic Services and Misrepresentation
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Reseapro Scientific / https://www.manuscriptedit.com/, an Indian company that promotes academic editing and publishing services.
In [May 2024], I engaged their services for a Full Publication Support Package, which they explicitly defined (in writing) as a comprehensive service including academic rewriting, editing, and end-to-end support for journal publication. The total fee charged was USD 1, 285, paid via my UAE ADCB credit card.
Despite more than six months of continuous communication, the company failed to deliver the promised services. Specifically:
• The manuscript produced repeatedly deviated from the academic scope agreed upon.
• It lacked originality and scholarly structure — resembling a literature overview rather than a comparative theological analysis.
• Revisions failed to meet academic or professional standards, and no viable article was ever produced for submission.
• Numerous attempts were made by me to amicably resolve the matter, including a formal refund request, which was ignored.
This constitutes a clear case of service non-delivery, misrepresentation, and academic malpractice. The vendor’s behavior not only undermines academic integrity but also raises serious concerns about unethical commercial practices in India’s scholarly service sector.
I request the Government of India and its appropriate bodies to:
1. Investigate this case for service practices.
2. Direct the company to issue a full refund for undelivered services.
3. Implement oversight measures on firms claiming to offer academic publication support.
All relevant documentation (including emails, service scope, and transaction proof) can be submitted upon request. I kindly ask for a case number and confirmation of receipt of this complaint.
