I have had a similar complaint with this company. I purchased 3 items. They are poorly made and customer service is practically non-existent. Need to report them on consumer forum
I agree with the previous comments. They are looters. Their website should be banned from all social media platforms to prevent further people from facing this problem.
They have now opened a new site called zarokha.in and looting customers from there.
They show a different color online but in real the material is different and color too is so cheap!!
