I had selected your packers & movers for shifting of a 2BHK house from Mumbai to Chennai.
Pickup & packing was done on 26th November 2023. Delivery to Chennai was to be done on 3rd December 2023.
Unfortunately it was delayed from their end and after continuous & multiple calls from 6th to 8th December 2023, somehow we received 70% items on 9th December 2023.
We have been calling them again & again to deliver the pending items from 22nd December 2023 they keep saying tomorrow it will be delivered & goods are in Bangalore office, now its 25th December 2023 & the goods are yet not been delivered.
Issues my family has faced:
- Daily essentials for clothing & food are not available in house for use and we had to bring things daily from outside & manage. Daily additional expense of around 1000 we have to face because of the company's delay
- My parents are old, father is diabetic & heart patient & mother is undergoing Cancer treatment & because of this non delivery my parents are face difficulty for getting up from the ground & they are having health issue because of this delay in delivery
- Mentally me and my parents are affected thinking if all the goods are even going to be delivered or not & that was affecting our mind & body.
Many items from what we had received were damaged severely as well & yet no updates on the compensation of the damage is received. Approximate damaged goods cost is around Rs. 1, 50, 000 to 2, 00, 000
We need compensation of Rs. 3, 00, 000 from your company for all the hardships me and my family have faced because of delay in delivery of goods and also the damage done from this company to my goods.
