Residential Area — Unlawful parking of a 25 year old car and wild growth of plants outside the house

This is to bring to your kind notice that a White Maruti car, bearing no. DL 4C F 0905 is parked in front of house no. B3/23 Janakpuri New Delhi- 110058. The owner of the white car is the resident of B3/23 Janakpuri (ground floor). The vehicle has crossed 25 years old barrier also and is not in a working condition. It has become home to snakes, rats, goose, and other reptiles. Since this is a residential area, it becomes life-threatening for the residence of the block and nearby houses.

Another problem created by the resident of the ground floor is the jungle of plants in front of the house. There are all wild plants growing around and no maintenance at all. This jungle of plants has made the house of rats and breeding of dengue mosquitos which can create health hazards for the residents around.

I request your good self (MCD Authorities) to take stern actions against the owner of the house at the ground floor. He should be penalized, and the car be removed from that area and the jungly plants should be removed and make the area clean at the earliest.

The owner has not given any heed to the request made by the residents of the block and RWA.

I humbly request the authorities to remove the vehicle so as to make the area neat and clean and avoid the risks involved for the kids and the senior citizens, thereby solving our parking problem.
