Residential Street — street dogs

Dear sir/madam,
There are at least 7 street dogs on our street. They have become a nusance.
1. Continuous barking during night
2. Dirty street with their laterine everywhere
3. They come inside our building (Flats) and do latrine
This is not hygienic. Non-stop barking is causing sleeplessness which is not good for our health.
Please remove these dogs.
