Dear Sir

Resilient team approached us for the purchase on Point of Sale machine (POS). we place the order for 6 units and paid them INR30, 000/-. only one POS device was sent and that also stopped working within 10 days. we raised a complaint for service and refund of the payment. it is more than 2 years. Resilient team is not responding to our emails regarding refund.

Small merchant like us this is significant amount. humble request to look into this.
