I invested around 90.000 Rs in 12% Club on Invest Bharat Pe. Invest Bharat Pe itself initiated the withdrawal request for the amount 93, 087.48 (Principal amount + interest earned) on 29th Nov 2024 and since the transaction is under pending category showing remark "We are currently facing an issue with our banking partner". I noticed this on 15th Dec 2024 and initiated the complaint through email on 16th Dec 2024. Since now I am chasing them over the different emails, but they are not responding positively. I am just getting autogenerated replies only. Bharat Pe is not forwarding my complaint to their internal concerned team or department just asking me to reach on [protected]@twelve.club. This mentioned email is only generating automatic reply like "Resolution in progress". I am afraid if they have done any transaction fraud with me. Was this information helpful? |
