Resonance Coaching Institute, Vaishali Nagar Branch Jaipur — Refund of tuition fee paid in advance

This is to inform you that My Son Pranjal Dhangar got admission in RESONANACE COACHING INSTITUTE, Vaishali Nagar Branch in VIKAAS Course for IIT/JEE Preparation. He was enrolled with Roll no 15108664 on 13th April’14. Total amount of Rs 20000/- vide cheque no 650870 SBI Branch was paid to the institute. The authorities of RESONANACE COACHING INSTITUTE had intimated at the time of admission that coaching will start w.e.f 14th April’15 whereas the classes started from 28th April’15. The classes had hardly started they again took another installment of Rs 46, 700/- in advance. The authorities had also ensured me that coaching classes will be taken by experts. When my son started attending the classes he came to know that the teachers were not teaching in systematic manner and Chemistry teacher language was not understood by the students properly. In this regard one SMS was sent on 10th June’15 on the GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL mob number [protected] provided by the RESONANCE COACHING INSTITUTE. They did not solve the problem nor intimated my child. He used to verbally intimate the teachers regarding his inability to grasp the contents the teachers hired were teaching. He went under mental trauma and his time got wasted in to and fro journey as well as the class time. When the authorities did not solve my child problem then again one SMS on 10th August was sent on GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL mob number [protected]. This time also the RESONANCE COACHING INSTITUTE did not respond to the SMS sent. My son went under mental trauma and got failed in PCM test held in his Tagore Public School Vaishali Nagar Jaipur. Keeping in view his poor result the school authorities advised him to change his subject to COMMERCE. Subsequently he changed his stream to COMMERCE and submitted application to RESONANCE on 14th August 2015 for withdrawal of money. The RESONANCE COACHING INSTITUTE has not remitted the total amount Rs 99552/- paid for the tuition classes. My son has gone to mental trauma and harassment by the them due to them he was forced to change his Stream in 11th Class. The strict legal action may be taken against them and directed the RESONANCE COACHING INSTITUTE to Refund the whole amount with interest to me.
