Resource Management — Not refund money

I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint, I am Sudhir Chandrakant Ratate and over the past eight/ nine months, I have been trying to get my refund of money which I Paid to Resource Management at Dadar according My first interview was done on date 22/10/2020 at dadar office and I got Disbursal No. DSM218 and my Second interview was done on date 30/10/2020 at Braman Seva Hall Chowk Dadar West, they said I am selected but I have not got a job.  I am disappointed by their service and claim for refund.
 
I Discussed with Mr. Aman sir for requesting my Refund my money which have paid to them at the time of First Interview & Second Interview that is Total amount is RS. 5000/ paid through Phone pay.
they reply to my Email that my refund is Approved but till the date I did not receive any refund from them. I had called many times for an inquiry to your dadar office but no response from your side.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
