Never ever join Resource Power Consultancy (RP Consultancy). Yesterday, I got a call from Aniruddha Roy (Mobile: [protected]/[protected] from this consultancy regarding an HR position in this company. He called from[protected] @12:09 today and asked me if I was coming. I informed him that I wasn't well today so if he could arrange the interview tomorrow. He said that it is not possible tomorrow. It has to be today. I told him that in that case it is not possible for me today as I'm unwell. He is so insensitive that he kept arguing and insisting me to come to Jodhpur Park (office) and take the interview today only. I told him that it is not possible so lets drop it.
He started shouting and arguing madly that I wasn't serious about looking for a job. It was not my "prerogative" to decide whether I could come for the interview or not. It will be decided by the company. He will black-list me so that I can never get a job in this consultancy. He argued that I was not in a" position to choose" whether I should take the interview or not as I'm jobless. He kept shouting madly saying that he did me a "favour" by scheduling me for the interview. He said jobseekers have no preference. He disconnected the call on my face and when I rang back he disconnected again.
This consultancy's attitude is very unprofessional. I did not find any review on the net. Their website (www.rpconsultancy.net) does not work. I found this consultant weirdo, rude, unprofessional and absolutely against good human resource practice. If you don't want to screw your career, don't go for an interview or join the consultancy.
