Respite International Holidays Pvt Ltd — fraud company

I paid 160000 and got 5 years of membership from respite international holidays pvt ltd. Since last few days i have been trying their office contact numbers but i didn't get any answers as all contact numbers were out of service. Finally i visited office today, there security guy informed me that it was fraud company and it got shut down. I have checked latest reviews over google. 1-2 members of club posted similar incident.
Many members have filed police complaint also.
