Resume Bot — work done but money not taken

During this lockdown i thought of opting this work from home offer.
Spoke with 2 people on [protected] and [protected]. They assured that in 4hours 700 resumes will be submitted on my behalf and they will take 10/- per resume. After all the negotiation they asked me to pay 3350 now and reaming 3350 after i receive my payment. Now, after 4hours i have been told that the work is done. And when i see the dashboard it only shows 355 resumes has been submitted. Now, they are not taking my call. Through whatsapp the person in touch says "jitne paise diye uske according kaam hua hai'
I have got voice recording where he clearly said that complete work will be done and you (Customer, that's me) need to make the remaining payment after i receive my payment from resume bot.
This is soo annoying and frustrating that i will not get paid for anything and my money i. E 3350/- has gone in vain.
Even filling a complain here won't help as it's india and we need to deal with all this or we have to rest our case/issue.
