I had paid Rs 674.50 on 20/03/2019, through netbanking (SBI), to GooglePlay Store for purchase of an ebook "Gulls of Europe, Asia and North America" by K.M. Olsen. The SBI reference for the transaction is: [protected]IGAFRLCNF8.
The ebook has not been received in my GooglePlay library so far, even after 3 days. This is strange - GooglePlay ebook services are usually very prompt. I would be happy to receive the ebook, or alternately, get a refund for the amount. Was this information helpful? |
