I have purchase Revolt RV400 on November 2020 not even 8 months passed but suddenly my charger not working properly. It gets charged for 70% only so that I went to Revolt Showroom (Velachery) on 23/07/2021 first day that time they checked my charger in my vehicle and another vehicle also its working fine on that time so he said that it might be due to some loose connection in it, there I cleared it you can check once so that I leave the place and then I put charge in my home its charge for 63% only same issue so I again went to the showroom on 24/07/2021 that Chennai Velachery showroom service manager Mr. Prakash told me give me your charger. So that I will test your charger once than I will confirm it by today evening that time also he’s checked my charger was working fine but it not charged for above 70%. I mention it clearly and then 24/07/2021 evening 4:00 Pm showroom person Ms. Pavithra make a call to me and said that “your charger is defective but it will not come under warranty because your charger outer cover was little bit scratched so you can purchase new charger, for further details you can ask my manager Mr. Prakash.” I asked where is Mr. Prakash she told he’s in meeting he will contact you on Monday. So I went to showroom today and asked them to claim that on warranty otherwise give me my charger in old condition itself (charging up to 70%) Mr. Prakash told ok I will check once again and I will give your charger, than Mr. Prakash opened my charger and done something finally my charger was not working totally. I have proof of video recording also. First clarify that who gave the permission to open my charger in showroom place. Finlay Prakash informing me that “you can collect the charger now it’s not working otherwise I will never support you in future if any issues persists.”
The most ridiculous thing is that manager and the employees in the service center are really no Mannes at all and they try to treat us and even behaved very ill-mannered and in a illiterate way. I am complaining about the "REVOLT SHOWROOM VELACHERY CHENNAI branch". Please take some strict action in it as soon as possible.
If you are not taking any actions tomorrow then I will hand over my vehicle in “REVOLT SHOWROOM VELACHERY CHENNAI.”
I am the one who done first Owner Ship review and promote your vehicle REVOLT RV400 in Chennai at YouTube channel Rider Machine and I refer so many people to buy it but I face those kind of problem is very bad thought in service wise. I attached link for your reference. https://youtu.be/3ZIS8Yhlkqc
