I am Mirza Afzal Baig. I submitted my Revolt battery in June 2025 for replacement, and I was assured that the battery would be delivered within three months.
However, it has now been almost one year, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have only received assurances that the battery would be delivered "next month." Unfortunately, neither the battery has been provided nor have I received any clear update regarding its status.
I fail to understand how such a process can reasonably take nearly a year. Due to this prolonged delay, my bike has remained unused for an extended period, causing significant inconvenience and loss o[censored]tility.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently, provide a clear update on the status of my battery, and ensure that the issue is resolved at the earliest possible opportunity.
