I was looking out for a part time data entry job. Got a call from vidya in just 15 mins with assurance of earning 35k they got an agreement with my name on it and aadhar copy received. I saw the demo how to do data entry. Being an easy job i took the task and completed the task within 6 days and the remaining 4 days i took the screenshot of the forms and checked each entry on my own. And ensured that i have done my job with more than 90% accuracy. However, their quality check report states that i was not accurate and had to make payment, when i checked their report, most of the entries in their address had double space which is lightly visible. And most of the entries they had asked me to check the ascii form value is different from what i had entered. I asked them on call did you ever mention that in the agreement stating that ascii value should match with what is entered. They disconnected the call. Do you have any link where i can check myself after doing one day job whether i'm going on the right direction. They said they don't have such links, how would a person come to know whether he is going right or wrong and he would be alerted within the 10 days task he has been doing wrong. I told them you please correct the agreement and demo in such a manner stating the data entry person is aware about the common mistakes which people do and they don't do them. Here we come to earn and help you people not to get fooled and loose what we have. I have been getting calls and emails from their lawyer stating that i need to make a payment of 10k due to the loss which they have come across due to my inaccuracy. I am going to launch a complaint in cyber crime to correct them so that no one gets fooled like this in future, because seeing their pressure and harrassment in calls by their lawyers a normal person would immediately make the payment and get his hands washed our from this legal procedure. And they might be doing it with many people. I just want them to make their instructions proper and readable so that anyone who comes with an intention of earning, earns and both of them are satisfied. I sent them emails in between stating i have doubts in few forms, they instructed me and even those forms they showed them incorrect in their qc report. It means their helpline and qc team are working independently and there is no collaboration between both of them.
