[Resolved]  Rey Technology — fraud calls

I am vinod kumar from kakinada, andhra pradesh. On 30th january i got a call from naina sharma from rey technology, gujarat about form filling job. She said that the work is too easy as we have fill 1400 forms and there are only five columns and have to submit it in 11 days. Thereafter she immediately sent me a software link and asked me to download. I downloaded the software and she didn't give me any time to go through it and said to send my adar id and she told me to immediately sign on the agreement software. It was digital signature.

I completed the work whole heartedly before the time period i. E in 9 days. And when i submitted the work which i double checked as well to make sure i haven't made any mistake as the font provided was different then the font we had to type in.

Meanwhile as well there were few problems in the work, but to my surprise shikha's number was switched off, then i texted her on whatsapp but she didn't revert, but she was online whenever i checked, but never replied.

So a day before submitting the work i found their email and emailed them,
They replied and did the correction.

On 10th feb i got a call from rey technology saying that my work was not accurate. It was only 86% accurate. I got angry and told her that i knew that you guys are gonna say this. I was very sure of everything i did as i double checked it. Then i told her to get me a manager and she started talking rubbish. Later she told me that i need to pay 6700 for the correction of the work and then within 24 hrs they will release my salary. I did not pay them

Today i. E. 13th feb i got a call. That person told me he's talking from the advocate department and that if i don't pay rs.12, 510/- in 45 mins they will take legal action against me. And he's telling me to pay the amount to the company. He said he's from the court.

The naina sharma female who gave me work is also avoiding my calls. They are texting me that they have taken legal action against me under the section 420.

I'm very worried about this whole matter. If you kindly help me regarding this matter, i would be very grateful to you.
