I am shahana bano from saharanpur. I was interested in working on freelancer from home. So this guy named kavin messaged me if i was interested in working for him. For some paper work he asked me for my id etc. I provided him that and my email id. After that, she told me to download an app very quickly and forced me to sign it through this app without giving me any time to read any paper. A copy of a stamp paper was mailed to me from their company after some time with my digital signature. So he gave me some form filling work which was to be completed within 10 days and if it is not completed with 90% accuracy then i'll have to pay the company 6700/-. But when i started the work i realized that this work could not be completed within 10 days so i texted him that i need to talk but he refused to do so. I directly told him that i'll not be working anymore. He didn't replied at that moment but after 10 days (I. E. Since this morning dated 5th feb'2020) he has been continuosly harassing and threating me. Now, when i search the net i find out that their company is completely fake and different people have already been cheated by them. They have been continuosly calling since then with this no [protected] and [protected] saying that they hav efiled a case against me under section-406 with some associate advocate (Advocate anil mishra) mentioned.
I'm very worried about this whole matter. If you kindly help me regarding this matter i would be very grateful to you.
