Reynolds — pen leakage due to back cover design lead to cloth damage.

First of all i thanks reynolds for giving quality pens with economically cost and
I am end customer using reynolds pen since 27years. Recently there were two leakages in racer gel which damaged cloths, time and cost. Please find root cause and rectify the problem. One of my findings is design of close end of cap instead of open cap. If refil leakages it should not pass to the cloths.
Note: customer is a customer whether he buy the product of 1rupee or 1lakh.
Sir\madam this is not complaint. This is a suggestion because here many o[censored]s struggle to buy both pen and cloth.
