Dear sir,
Please give us an exact date of registry of flat no. K 709, rg residency, sector 120, noida. Registry must be done before 20th november as per your earlier mail. It is pending at your end since so long. This will result us high financial loss. From your side we are not getting any concrete reply. Please give us in writing why our registry is pending without any reason. Over phone, your executive informed us that "our lawyer is on leave". Is your lawyer is on your payroll or private lawyer on hire? We have charged rs. 12000 for your lawyer fees. We know the reason given over phone is fake. You are again requested to do the needful otherwisw we have no choice other than to contact the appropriate authorities and lodge a formal complaint aginst rg group and every every official who misguide us. Every day we are suffering due to non registry of the flat which is our legitimate right. You are again requested to do the needful. Legal action will be initiated with demand of compensation and loss of time and money.
