Frauds and Dundas

Hi,

I had placed an order for a Leather soft from Rich Feel. I also paid and advance amount of Rs. 10000 torwards it and they provided me a receipt. They promised me that they would deliver the sofa in 10 days. On the 9th day, I had to fly to US for a somewhat long project. After 15days my wife started following up. It took around 2 months for them to deliver the sofa. They came home with a complete different sofa at home....
