I had placed an order for a Leather soft from Rich Feel. I also paid and advance amount of Rs. 10000 torwards it and they provided me a receipt. They promised me that they would deliver the sofa in 10 days. On the 9th day, I had to fly to US for a somewhat long project. After 15days my wife started following up. It took around 2 months for them to deliver the sofa. They came home with a complete different sofa at home. Whey my wife refused to take it. They started threatning her. I called up from US but he had an edge as I was abroad. My wife was scaired coz of the behaviour and she accepted the sofa. After 6 months the sofa wood were completely damaged. In the mean time I came back. I went and had an argument with him and threatned him that I would go to police. He promised to repair it but it never happened though.
Unluckly the receipt that they gave when we paid the advance was lost and they did not give any receipt to my wife during the time of delivery and that stopped me from going to the police.
I dont think it worths spending money on such places like RICH FEEL Marathalli. One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. Now I make sure I buy things from a well known place after performing proper homework.
I would suggest dont try saving small amount of money for the head ache you get dealing with such people.
