I am writing this letter to lodge a formal complaint against a fraudulent recruitment agency/persons operating under the name Richer Recruitment service pte lte, particularly involving an individual named Jawaid, Faizan([protected]), Diya Sen([protected]) Pankaj Tripathi([protected]) and other unknown associates.Address:Rangoli mall, 212, Girish Ghosh Rd, Belur, Hawrah-711202, West Bangal

The said persons falsely represented themselves as authorized recruitment agents and promised me a job placement abroad/in a reputed company. They made repeated false assurances and demanded money under various pretexts including registration, documentation, and visa processing. Trusting their promises, I paid a total sum of [Rs 25000] on 18/03/2025 via phone pay to Nazia Ekbal bank account ([protected]) IFSC:YESB0000443 Branch Mominpur

Despite repeated follow-ups, no job placement materialized, and the accused have now stopped responding to my calls and messages. It has become clear that this was a deliberate act of deception and cheating.

This incident has caused me mental distress and financial loss. I request the concerned authorities to kindly take appropriate action against the perpetrators under relevant sections of the Consumer Protection Act, Indian Penal Code (IPC) for fraud and cheating, and/or Information Technology Act (for cyber fraud if applicable).

Prayer:
Immediate investigation and identification of the accused persons.

Refund of the entire amount paid.

Compensation for mental agony and financial loss.

Penal action against the fraudsters to prevent such occurrences in the future.
