Dear Sir/Madam, I had ordered Rico Sordi Fashion Set of 4 Watches, of which one watch is defective. Of one watch Second hand has been separated from other two hand. Kindly get me the replacement of the same Watch at the earliest. Earliest & Positive Reply is expected. Please resolve my complaint. Thanking You
