I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ricochet Surfaces LLP regarding the defective installation of a squash court at Scotle High School, completed in March 2024. Despite paying ₹500, 000 for the installation, we have encountered significant issues from the outset. The wooden surface swells, creating an uneven and unsafe playing area. Additionally, the glass door often jams and has now required cutting and repair from the bottom to function, which further compromises its integrity and safety.
It has only been three months since the installation, yet our students have been unable to use the court for two of those months due to the wood swelling and the improper glass door installation. These defects have rendered the squash court unusable, causing considerable inconvenience to our students and staff. Despite our attempts to resolve these issues with Mr Khemraj Jangir, the solutions provided have been inadequate and temporary. We request an immediate, thorough repair of the squash court and appropriate compensation for the disruptions caused. Failure to address this promptly will result in further action through consumer protection agencies and legal avenues.
