Riddhi Vinayak Hospital — no focus on patient for opd

Hello, Good evening, I xyz visited Riddhi vinayak Hospital in Nalasopara for my Physiotherapy test as we billed at counter at nearly 4:15 pm but there was no doctor for 1 hour and 15 minutes as we waited and continuously approaching the help desk staff as their answer was doctor is at visit to patients as they were calling but no response from doctor side and few staff were telling they don't have a number as they are receptionist and must have all doctors contact number with them for emergency purpose. Some staff was playing a game in her cell phone. My mother is a old lady so I came with her. Although this is a bad service provided by hospital staff as we asked them to cancel our appointment so one of the staff saying rudely go to billing section and get your money. Atlast at 5:25 pm my mother was called in.Strict action must be taken on such staff for such kind of behavior as these people are not helpful at all.
