I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding an outstanding payment notification I have been receiving from BharatX. Despite never having made a purchase from Riders Junction, I had previously ordered a magnetic tank bag via EMI, which I subsequently returned and never received.
However, over the past few months, I have been consistently receiving calls and notifications from BharatX stating that I have an outstanding due payment on EMI. I would like to clarify that I have never taken a loan from BharatX, and I am unsure why I am being contacted regarding this matter.
It affected my cibil score continuously. I have tried to contact with them via email on both ridersjunction and BharatX but they never take further action on it.
I kindly request that you investigate this issue urgently and take necessary actions to resolve it. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.
