I had made a big purchase from this (https://www.rigassembler.com) company online(12/26/18): a gaming CPU, keyboard &mouse and a monitor. The total amounted to 1.28 lakhs(approx).
The monitor (Rs. 12, 650) was somehow not delivered to me on the delivery date(15/1/19). I requested a refund.
After a few weeks, they told me to wait for a month for the refund but they failed to send it. I contacted them again and I was told to wait for a few weeks. After a few weeks, I was told the same thing. Then I was promised the refund on the 13th of March and then again on the 15th of April.
This has been going on for 3 months now. They don't respond to my emails ([protected]@gmail.com) nor do they receive my phone calls ;during their work hours.
I'm a student from a middle class family and this has been a real inconvenience for me. They are violating my consumer rights and committing fraud.
