[Resolved]  Right Way Data Solutions — Fraud (legal notice fraud) emails asking money

First I got a call regarding the CAPTCHA solving job and aal they informed me is about how to do and what to do and what is the salary they pay. Also they asked to send voter ID photo which I shared. After that they told to proceed to interview and sent me a link through whatsapp. In the interview they told be the job description which I feel I can do I told them yes. After that in the end they told me the process where they mention if I fail to process it with 90% accuracy then I have to pay 2.5rs per word towards the wrong typings and if I fail to do the whole work or I opt out in the middle I have to pay the penalty amount. After hearing that, I told them that I will not do it, remove my name I am not giving my consent and the call got disconnected. Then I call the person who called me before Interview and told that I am not opting it and I am not giving consent as you didn't tell the whole process before and it's like a trap to me. Then he told okay. Clear. Then after 7 days I started getting called from different numbers claiming to be from the company and asking money as penalty. I told them that I didn't sign any contract and I opted out in then only. Then on 11.03.2020 I got msg in claiming to be from ahmedabad highcourt, stating that FIR and arrest warrant is issued. I searched the FIR number in the gujrat govt website and got no data. Today, on 14.03.2020 I got email from Alok Verma styling himself advocate of highcourt regarding the penalty and they gave me 30 minutes time to pay and provided a phone number to discuss. When I called him he told you are already 15 minutes late and now you have 15 minutes to pay. He asked to pay if fast and he will take back the complaint/legal notice. He also threatened me that a legal action from there end will affect my career. So got scared and thought to give money to avoid all the situation. But then I got support from my family and my uncle (who is a lawyer) and didn't pay any money. After that they messaged me many times that they have issued a case against me from a different SMS-head. All these situations did put me in mental stress and it was nothing but a mental harassment to me to make me pay the money. And after that there were chances that they will do the same thing again and again to ask to bigger amount. I also visited our nearest police station and verified all the emails and messages. They told all emails and messages ( including FIR number) are fraudulent. So I want you people to look at this matter carefully and take strict action against them. They are not only snatching money from out wallet through online fraud but also mentally harassing people. Please ask them to stop doing it to me. Please take strict legal action on them so that they don't get courage to do the same thing to innocent people.
