[Resolved]  Rimzhim Divanifab — Delivered a completely wrong product. Did a fraud.

I am filing this complaint against Divanifab regarding a fraudulent online transaction and wrong product delivery.

I placed an order for a Co-ord Set from Divanifab and paid ₹990 in cash (Cash on Delivery). However, the product delivered to me on 19 August 2026 is a low-value saree, which is completely different from the item shown and advertised on the platform.

This is not a minor difference in design or quality; it is an entirely different product. Delivering a low-value saree instead of the ordered co-ord set amounts to misleading advertising, unfair trade practices, and deficiency in service.

Also, they have no contact number for contacting customer service. In addition to that the email address which they have given to the website is also not responding.

They have done a fraud. Its my humble request to you please help me in this ASAP.
