Ring Application — Amount Debited from my Account but not credited to Ring Application

Sir I made an EMI payment of Ring Application of Rs. 6, 368/- on 07.07.2025 through Ring Application through SBI Net Banking. The said amount was debited from my SBI Account. Today is 09.07.2025. Still the amount is not credited to Ring Application. The EMI is now showing Overdue.

Please resolve my problem.

Please either credit that amount to my SBI Account or credit to Ring Application.
