Sir, my n. O. C for car loan is blocked by higher branch. Jorhat branch (K. B road) said, email was sent to unblock. I request you to enquiry the employee who intentionally harrass me by blocking n. O. C after loan closing. I visited many times to the loan disbursing branch for this purpose but they are not skilled to solve my problem.
