It is deeply regretted, highly sorrowful to inform such a painful and a deceiving case of and cheating and false promise.
I mohan nair - ch-531528 decided to buy apartment from the undergoing construction of organic rise developers. They introduced to us the sample house and made a promise of giving the house in hand by 2018 we signed the agreement as per the term we made a payment of 20% of the total payment.
We were waiting and did random checkups to the site but either the management or the people are unaware of the progresses or neither have a time line. After few weeks even the communication stopped; then to follow up our case we were re-directed to their head office at –rise resort residence, sc-01, tech zone-04 (Near supertect echo village 1), greater noida west, pin-201301. But none of them in their headquarters know about this. The communication channels like mr. - tarun / mr.- deepak / mr. Amrit. Also disappeared to thin air and people don’t know anything about any projects or developments.
We are following up from 1.5 years and is in vain as every time no information about the project is been given. The headquarters which is at bameeta also refuses to talk more. When requested for cancellation they said they aren’t in a position to do so even. Cancellation request were made so many times but they have been so rude and irresponsible that they even verbally accepted at first neither is communicating nor even acknowledging our money.
I would like to request this forum to put your kind consideration on this issue and provide us the money which they have not returned or have unmercifully swallowed with interest. We are writing this letter with hope and trust in you as we know you can punish and provide justice to us.
