I bought river indie bike in 2025 january. Just 2000 km I got a warning issue and bike never started..spoke to customer care and guide me to drop in gergampakkam service centre. Gergampakkam service centre called me and asked me 5000 charges even insurance was in current last year.If insurance means spare parts will be getting after 40 days it seems if I pay within 2 days I will get it done.i paid done it . again same problem again they are asking 5000..
