Riverwood Park — builder does not return token amount

Hello,
My name is kumar dhakorkar and i have decided to buy a flat in riverwood park near desai gaon, shilpatha road. I have given token money worth of 50000/- to builder on 20th feb, 2018, on below account:
A/c name: r s constructins bank
Bank name: axis bank. Sector 10 vashi
A/c no: [protected]
Ifsc code: utib0002775
They have promise us if bank loan will not sanctioned or their any issue, they will refund our token money, but now they denied and not give us our money. I have recorded conversion in my phone, where they said they will return my money. Even i was not signed any builder-buying agreement.
